Refund Policy

At GMB Guru, we stand behind every service we provide. If we are unable to complete the work or unable to help you recover or optimize your Google Business Profile, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of your payment — no questions asked.

What Is Covered

• ✓We are unable to complete the agreed scope of work within a reasonable timeframe.
• ✓We determine that we are unable to assist with your specific case after beginning the engagement.
• ✓Your Google Business Profile recovery case could not be progressed due to factors within our control.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us within 30 days of your payment date by any of the following methods:

You do not need to provide a reason. Simply tell us you would like a refund and we will process it promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the payment date.
• Cases where the recovery was successful and the profile was reinstated.
• Cases where the client provided inaccurate or incomplete information that affected the outcome.
• The Growth Plan (monthly subscription) — cancel anytime with 30 days notice, no partial refunds on used months.
